Rosey Cassidy is an accomplished property developer and former land agent with more than a decade of experience in the industry. After five years in land agency, she joined Cassidy Group, playing a key role in building a billion-pound portfolio of student accommodation and PRS schemes. She later founded Cassidy Homes, her own development company, which is currently delivering £9 million worth of projects on site, with a pipeline exceeding £40 million. Driven by a passion for placemaking and design excellence, Rosey also dedicates significant time to education - mentoring and supporting aspiring developers to launch and grow their own ventures.
